We are proud to say that our domestic cheeses are made with Quebec certified organic milk that comes from farms where nature takes its course, animals are well taken care of and the environment is valued. Our cheeses are made in two cheese factories, one located in the Chaudière-Appalaches region and the other in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.-
